General Use:
    
    1. Interpretation of these terms and conditions is at the discretion of the Developer, and will be considered authoritative and binding.

    2. Hadithmv should not be used in any way to spread content against the methodology of Ahlu-Sunnah-wal-Jamaa’ah (Ahlul Hadith), except with a warning against Ahlul-Bid’ah (Jahmiyya, Asha’ira, Murjia, Khawarij, Rawafid, Sufiyya, Mu’tazila, Maturidhiyya, Qadariyya, etc.).

Content Usage:

    1. Permission is granted, without cost, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute the texts of Hadithmv, without seeking permission or giving attribution (credits), subject to the following conditions:
        a. The texts used from Hadithmv are fewer than 300 words. Exceeding this limit requires attribution to the work.
        b. The usage is non-commercial in nature. For commercial purposes, permission is to be sought from the owners.

Ownership:

    1. Contributions to Hadithmv by parties other than the Developer are considered part of Hadithmv, and fall under this license, subject to the stated terms and conditions.

    2. Other than the submissions to Hadithmv, third-party works of original content, including but not limited to text, images, and multimedia, belong to their respective owners. This material is presented for educational and non-commercial purposes. It is intended for fair use with the utmost respect for the original creators. No claim of ownership is made to any such material.

Liability:

    1. Hadithmv is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The Developer and copyright holders shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from its use, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Future Changes and Termination:

    1. The Developer may revoke or change these terms and conditions at any time.

    2. If the original Developer is deceased, Hadithmv becomes a Waqf and fully open-source under the MIT license.
